Your idea stays yours.
This notice describes how this Founder 72 application site handles information you choose to share. Applying is free. It does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a spot, or authorize a payment.
What you share
The application asks for your name, email, optional company and profile links, a description of your idea and customer problem, existing work, build preferences, and goals. Your Founder Hub also saves the brief and preparation checklist you edit. Agreement confirmations and submission timestamps are stored with your application.
How it’s used
Ultrium uses this information to assess fit for the cohort, communicate about your application, define a realistic scope, and prepare the team for the build. It is not automatically published on this site. Your application does not transfer ownership of your idea, brand, code, or business.
Virtual Reveal Day recordings
Founder 72 includes a recorded one-minute company introduction or pitch for the virtual cohort reveal. This application site does not record audio or video, accept video uploads, or grant permission to publish a recording. Recording logistics and publishing permissions will be coordinated separately with selected founders. Your submitted application and private brief are not automatically made public as part of the reveal.
Keep sensitive information out
Don’t include passwords, API keys, payment-card details, health records, or confidential customer data. Describe your idea without sharing unnecessary trade secrets or information you do not have permission to provide.
Drafts, sessions, and your recovery code
- Your unfinished application is saved in session storage in the browser tab where you fill it out. Submitting successfully clears that draft.
- A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in to your private Founder Hub. It is not an advertising cookie.
- Your recovery code can restore access on another device. Anyone who has this code can access your application and brief, so keep it private.
- Signing out clears your session cookie; it does not delete your application. On a shared computer, sign out and close the tab when you are done.
Storage and access
Submitted applications and preparation work are stored in the site’s server-side database. Access to an individual application requires its private session, and the organizer’s application endpoint requires separate administrator credentials. When email sending is enabled, Resend processes transactional application confirmations and organizer notifications. Those messages contain basic identification and an application reference, not your private brief or recovery code. A pending or failed email does not delete a saved application. Payment collection is not connected.
Site assets and tracking
Fonts and custom illustrations are served by this site. This version does not use third-party image services, analytics, or advertising trackers.
Corrections, deletion, and questions
You can edit your preparation brief in the Founder Hub. To correct your submitted application, ask about data use, or request deletion, contact the Ultrium team at world@discoverultrium.com. Include your application reference, but never send your recovery code. We may need to verify your identity before handling an account request.
Participation is a separate step
Dates, location, payment instructions, and any additional participation terms will be confirmed with selected founders before they commit. Your application is not a purchase. See the Founder 72 ground rules for what a time-limited, shared-team build means.
